All Deadass Flowers arrangements are made to order in NYC and are final sale. Because each piece is built for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at deadassflowersnyc@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We'll make it right.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout, or delays caused by the carrier.
