Processing Time All Deadass Flowers arrangements are made to order in NYC. Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be prepared before it ships.

Shipping Method Orders ship via UPS or USPS in a purpose-built corrugated box designed to protect your arrangement in transit. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (US) We currently ship within the contiguous United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Delivery Times Once shipped, please allow 3–5 business days for delivery. Total time from order to delivery is typically 8–12 business days.

Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at deadassflowersnyc@gmail.com with photos. We'll make it right.

Address Accuracy Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
