Overview This website is operated by Deadass Flowers. By visiting our site and purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms.

Products All arrangements are handmade to order in NYC using premium silk and real-touch stems. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in stem placement and composition are expected and part of the process.

Pricing All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Orders are charged at the price displayed at the time of purchase.

Order Cancellations Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After that window, we are unable to cancel or modify orders.

Intellectual Property All content on this site — including photos, copy, and branding — is the property of Deadass Flowers and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability Deadass Flowers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
